At Pristine Pool & Spa we sell retail products, chemicals, new hot tubs, we do free water testing, weekly service, repairs, custom pool builds, refurbishing pools, spas & MORE! We offer a wide selection of hot tubs right here at our showroom in New Buffalo as well as top of the line safe chemicals to use in them. The owner, Glenn Fadden has always had a passion of making sure his clients get exactly what they want and makes their dreams a reality. In 2010 along with his wife Dawn, Glenn made the decision to start his own Pool and Spa business. Now he has over 40 years total experience and has a crew to be proud of! Here at Pristine we strive to go above and beyond for our customer service and quality of work. Use a certificate towards a Royal or Tuff Spa. When you purchase a hot tub with Pristine we will also get you started with all the needed chemicals (about four months worth), help with set up, and make sure to teach you all about your new purchase and how to best use it! There may be an additional fee for delivery depending on location. This would be discussed with you at the time of the purchase. The chemicals you can purchase with us are much safer to use and you need to use less products. E-Z spa and E-Z pool has everything you need in one besides a non-chlorine sanitizer. Unlike other chemicals, there is no waiting period to swim or use your pool or hot tub. Safety is also a huge priority for the staff at Pristine. They make sure the items they sell and install have all of the appropriate safety features, teach you how to use them, and sell chemicals that will be safest for you and your family!
